Spring Tides is found nestled in a cul-de-sac amongst similar properties within the heart of the picture perfect coastal village of Beadnell. This semi-detached house has had a full makeover in 2019 and benefits from being adjacent to the water-filled quarry, which attracts an abundance of birdlife. The open plan living area leads to a conservatory, which gives direct access to the rear garden with steps down to the fenced waterside, and the first floor is home to two bedrooms and shower room.
There is a small sandy bay speckled with rocky outcrops close by, which leads to a long sandy beach that stretches to Seahouses, 2 miles north.

Beadnell is a popular holiday destination and the glorious golden sandy beach that’s popular with water-sports enthusiasts is around a 15 minute stroll from Spring Tides. Two miles along the coastline is the traditional fishing port of Seahouses, where boat trips to the nearby Farne Islands, famous for its bird sanctuaries and seal colony, depart regularly from its harbour. Horse riding, fishing and golf on the links close by are all available in this popular location.

There is a good choice of places to eat, shops and pubs within Seahouses too. A further 3 miles up the coastline is the picture perfect village of Bamburgh, where Holy Island, the birthplace of Christianity in the UK and site of Lindisfarne Castle, can be seen from the unspoilt golden, sandy beach.
