Stable Cottage is a charming barn conversation nestled within the picturesque village of Chatton. The accommodation is immaculately presented throughout with high quality, stylish furnishings. The open plan kitchen with dining area is on the ground floor where there is additional comfortable seating. The interior layout is quirky, with bedrooms on each level, and a comfortable living room on the first floor. There is a fully enclosed, well maintained garden and private parking for two cars.


Chatton has a village shop, a pub serving food, and Chatton Trout Fishery on the cusp of the village, which invites amateur anglers to fish without a rod licence in its well-stocked 4-acre lake. The small town of Wooler sits at the foot of the Cheviot Hills and is only 5 miles inland - a popular destination for walkers and cyclists.

The challenging route of the ’St Cuthbert’s Way’ is close by. The stunning coastline this region is renowned for, is only a short drive east, with the majestic castle at Bamburgh well worth a visit. The Georgian town of Berwick-upon-Tweed to the north, and Alnwick to the south, both offer a wide array of amenities around a half-hour drive away. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards
