Kitchen area: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, and patio doors leading to decking.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With bunk beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Electric central heating, electricity, bed line, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair available. Welcome pack.

Enclosed decked area with patio furntire. Play area (shared). Indoor, heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 6m x 12 m, depth 1m - 1. 5m, open 1st Mar-14th Nov) with sauna and jacuzzi. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

This cosy pine lodge is situated on a raised plot on the popular Neaum Crag Estate. Surrounded by trees and woodland you really feel like you are at one with nature. This woodland retreat is ideal for couples and families to relax, unwind and explore the heart of The Lake District National Park. Located at the head of the spectacular Langdale Valley, Tarn Hows will make a special base for your holiday. You’ll love exploring the walking paths nearby, then relaxing after a day of adventure on the sunny terrace, watching the birds and the red squirrels scurrying through the treetops overhead.
You have free access to the swimming pool with Jacuzzi and sauna on the park from 9am to 9. 30pm every day. This traditional style lodge has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The open plan living room/diner and kitchen are tastefully furnished with comfortable easy seating.

The kitchen is well equipped and provides good cooking facilities and plenty of storage. Patio doors lead to a spacious, enclosed decked area at the rear complete with patio furniture.
Located in peaceful woodland on a private estate between Ambleside and Coniston, Tarn Hows is an ideal location for a relaxing break in the Lake District. If you’re wanting to unwind and spend quality time with loved ones, this timber style lodge is perfect.
The Langdale Valley is an obvious choice for keen hikers and climbers. From the valley you can hike to England’s highest tarn, or take on the spectacular Jake’s Rake ridge as you tick off the famous three; Harrison Stickle, Pike of Stickle and Loft Crag.

The neighbouring Wasdale and Borrowdale Valleys are traditional starting points for an ascent of Scafell Pike.
The vibrant town of Ambleside with an abundance or shops, bars, restaurants and coffee shops is just a few miles away and the ideal place to stock up the kitchen on your way. The village centre is well worth a visit; lazing in cafés, visiting historic sites such as the roman fort, or strolling to Lake Windermere for a lake cruise to Bowness or Lakeside. A host of excellent Lake District country pubs are dotted throughout the Langdale Valley, serving locally brewed ale and hearty food. If you’re looking for a special evening out, sample the Glass House in Ambleside or seek out the famous Drunken Duck Inn and Restaurant in Outgate
