This former waggon house has been tastefully converted, retaining beamed living areas and suitable for wheelchairs.

Kitchen/dining area: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and beams.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With single bed and pull-out single bed.
Wet room: With shower, shower seat, grab rails and toilet with raised seat.

NSH, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair available on request. Cobbled courtyard with garden furniture (shared with other property on site). Private parking for 3 cars. Wheel chair. Wheel chair access. No smoking.

In a wonderful location for discovering the myriad delights of three renowned Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty – the Eden Valley, Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales – this charming pair of holiday cottages stand adjacent to the owners’ home and provide quirky and characterful accommodation. Cruck End (ref E3749) has retained the original cruck beams, whilst Swallow’s Nest (ref E3245) was formerly the waggon house. This area affords fell walking, bird watching, riding, cycling and fishing, whilst Appleby, just 2 miles away, host to the gypsy horse fair in June, offers golf, a swimming pool and bowls as well as shops, inns and eating places. Penrith, with cycle hire and the Rheged Centre, is 10 miles, Hadrian’s Wall an hour’s drive.
