The town is located near the countryside to the south and east, with the towns of Padiham and Brierfield to the west and north respectively. It has a reputation as a regional centre of excellence for the manufacturing and aerospace industries. Entering the property, you are greeted by a lounge, cosy kitchen/dining area with everything you need for those home cooked meals. Not fancy cooking? Why not venture out to the local reataurants just a little walk away or organise a meal to be delivered right to your door! Wander upstairs to find two comfy bedrooms to choose from both benefitting from a large kingsize bed in the master bedroom and a 4ft double bed in the second bedroom with plenty of storage space.

Additional sleeping arrangements can be found on the sofa bed accommodating up to six guests altogether.
