The open-plan kitchen and living room is the heart of this holiday home. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need to rustle up delicious meals which can be enjoyed in the stylish dining room or al-fresco on the terrace. Enjoy your morning coffee sat at the breakfast bar while reading the paper, get stuck into your favourite book in the reading corner or snuggle up by the wood burner on a chilly evening while watching films on the 50" HDTV. Upstairs, choose from four bedrooms all boasting spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with fabulous uninterrupted views and a freestanding roll-top bath to relax in.

Perfectly positioned in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with an abundance of wonderful walking routes, some starting from your very front door, taking you across the Pendle countryside and beyond. Cyclists will love the steep and winding country lanes that snake through the villages. The area is steeped in history, most notably the Pendle Witch trials, with many of the surrounding villages providing a fascinating insight into the area’s colourful past.
Newchurch-in-Pendle even has the ’Witches Galore’ gift shop and museum, which is a must see all year round.
Nearby Barley is the base for climbing/walking Pendle Hill and has two fantastic local pubs serving delicious food, as well as a café and picnic area. If you fancy treating yourself to fine dining, head to the village of Fence, 1½ miles away, where you can find a Michelin star restaurant. The bustling market town of Clitheroe, which is the capital of the Ribble Valley District, is just 8 miles away, and in addition to its Norman castle it also offers a great selection of shops, bars, and restaurants.
