Luxurious apartment with beautiful views in a quiet location within Keswick town centre.
Accommodation details
First Floor:
Living room: With home cinema system, including Smart TV, DVD/CD, electric fire and panoramic views.
Kitchen/Dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and digital radio.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, ceiling fan and fell views.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be super-king on request).
If an extra bedroom is required, bedroom 3 can be made available, this has a single bed and will incur an additional charge of £50, please call us to arrange this.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and wash basin.
Electricity, gas, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Cot available. A third bedroom can be made available with single bed,this must be requested at the time of booking and an extra charge of £50 will be charged. Please contact the owners to arrange this.
Communal garden. Parking for 1 car. No smoking. Visit England 4 Star.
Please note that although the property does not accept pets, the owner do on occasion take their own dog and so the property would not be suitable for anyone with an allergy.
The Hollies is a former gentleman’s residence which has more recently been converted into superb quality apartments. Number 3 is on the 1st floor and has incredible views from most rooms. The Hollies is situated in what is believed to be the oldest part of Keswick and probably the quietest, yet is only a minutes walk from the town centre and its many amenities. The owners refurbished the apartment in 2008 to a very high standard and guests are sure to enjoy a most comfortable stay in peaceful surroundings, with the benefit of private parking and everything on the doorstep.
