This traditional Lakeland cottage adjoins the main property and is approached through private grounds - a haven for red squirrels. It enjoys panoramic views of Helvellyn and the Causey Pike range and is situated on the edge of Coombe Beck, set against the spectacular backdrop of Skiddaw. Osprey can also be viewed from the garden of this tranquil, unspoilt location (seasonal). Forestry walks from the bridge across the beck at the property, and sailing and fishing on Bassenthwaite lake. A regular bus service, 400 yards, provides further options for days out.
