Kitchen: With breakfast bar and 2 high stools, electric ovens, induction hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: With double bed and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: With single bed and built in wardrobe.
Shower room: With shower cubicle and WC.

All gas, electric, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot available.

Large garden with lawn and picnic bench. Two pets welcome. Parking for one car. Young children may require supervision due to a stream, though fenced off, at the bottom of the garden.

This semi-detached bungalow has the best of both worlds, a semi-rural feeling but very close to the town centre. La’al Gem is the end property in a quiet cul-de-sac and consequently benefits from a larger garden and a degree of privacy. The owner provides a selection of games, and a badminton set for the garden. Walla Crag is easily accessed from the property, the lake is a 10 minute stroll and Keswick’s superb amenities are within a two minute walk.
