Half Landing with stepper stairs to Wetroom: With shower, WC and wash basin. (Access to and from wetroom has low headroom).

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed, TV/DVD and views to latrigg.
Bedroom 2: With double bed and TV/DVD.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 3: With double bed, TV/DVD and lovely views to Latrigg and Skiddaw.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC, wash basin and Velux window allowing fell views.

All electric, gas, bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair available. Included are six passes for guests to use the Keswick leisure pool and fitness centre.

Enclosed rear garden with lawn, 2 patio areas, table and chairs. Shed with ground anchor for bikes. On road parking nearby. Visit England 4 Star.

Riverview Cottage has been fully refurbished in 2020, with a new kitchen/dining room, and equipped to the same high standards as the owner’s other property, Riverbank Cottage (Ref CC111400). Stylishly furnished, with a good level of facilities including Wi-Fi internet and a pleasant rear garden to relax in after walking the fells. It is easy to find, being situated on the main road into Keswick, across the road from the River Greta and Fitz Park, ideal for walking the dog, and 400 yards from Keswick town centre and amenities.
