Moss Hall Barn is a semi-detached barn conversion that was converted in 2019. Located on a working farm in Rushton, a rural hamlet in the heart of Cheshire and most famous for being home to half of Oulton Park Estate and Racing Circuit. Rushton is close to the beautiful village of Eaton where you’ll find a coffee with a view!
Moss Hall Barn has been sympathetically converted and in keeping with its surroundings. Once inside, you’ll find modern conveniences such as a spacious kitchen, two en-suite bedrooms, USB plug sockets and of course far reaching rural views.
Just 1½ miles from the property is Little Budworth, where you’ll also find the tranquil woodland and open glades of Little Budworth Country Park.

Beautiful Tarporley is a mere 10-minute drive, and offers a vibrant high street full of independent shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Here you can also pick up the famous long-distance walking footpath, the Sandstone Trail. The historic towns of Northwich, Middlewich and Nantwich can all be reached in around 20-minutes, and the ancient city of Chester with Tudor Rows, stores galore, and one of the nation’s biggest tourist attractions outside of London – Chester Zoo.

An abundance of attractions are available in the local area such as Cotebrook Shire Horse Centre which is just a 5-minutes drive. Within 15 minutes you’ll find Blakemere Craft Village, Delamere Forest which is also home to Go Ape, the Crocky Trail Adventure Playground and Beeston Castle. Manley Mere Adventure Trail and Aquapark is just 20-minutes away, and the beautiful town of Knutsford and Tatton Park just half an hour.
