You open the door to this modern cottage and instantly appreciate the tasteful decoration and the open plan design. Newton in Furness is a quiet village located a few minutes away from the main road that acts as a pathway to the Lakes The village has two local Pubs one only 100m away from the property and the other only 350m away from the property.

Within a couple of miles drive is Barrow in Furness which has a variety of shops and supermarkets, additionally there are a good selection of bars, restaurants, and cafes. Local attractions include the Dock Museum, celebrating Barrow’s history as a builder of submarines for the Royal Navy. Other nearby attractions include Walney Island with its nature reserves which offer a broad selection of wildlife, including seals, which use the island for breeding each year, it’s also a magnet for kite surfers.
Within 15 minutes’ drive there is the South Lakes Safari Zoo showcasing animals from across the globe.
