External utility room with freezer and washing machine (shared with other properties on-site). Enclosed decked area with sitting-out area, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The internet and telephone signal can be poor at times which can affect streaming. Charging of electric vehicles is not allowed.
