Outside A decked area with table and chairs facing a lawned garden . Cold Blow Cottage is located in the grounds of Cold Blow Farm, which is a working farm. The farm has cows, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese and even some llamas and rheas. It is set in a pretty rural location at the end of a country lane and surrounded by the stunning scenery of the North Downs Way, a long distance footpath that takes in some of the prettiest views and charming English villages. The small village of Hastingleigh has a church and a friendly local pub. The pretty village of Wye is only 3 miles away and has everything you will need for shopping and dining.
The cottage has a sociable open plan living space with modern kitchen, dining area and comfortable seating area around a wood burner. On warmer days the French doors open out on to a decked raised terrace with garden furniture for al fresco dining. The two bedrooms offer one kingsize room and one single room, and a large modern bathroom. Outside is parking for 2 cars.
