Set in the beautiful grounds of Brook Farmhouse, Bay Cottage has a large open plan living area with space for all to enjoy the sumptuous living, dining area and beautiful country cottage kitchen. The bedroom features a kingsize bed and en-suite facilities and looks onto a charming ’Secret Garden’ that even Frances Hodgson Burnett would die for! This is solely for the use of Bay Cottage. There are also another two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds. Finally there is a remarkably comfortable sofa bed and a contemporary family bathroom.
The Brook Farmhouse stable block has been lovingly converted into four spacious holiday cottages, combining elegance and warmth. They are a perfect base in which to relax, unwind and explore this unique corner of the Isle of Wight. With many attractions, countryside and seaside resorts, there is definitely something for everyone. If you want to stay local, the beautiful Brook Bay is a 2-minute drive away and the sunsets on this side of the island are a must see, just stunning.
Osborne House was once Queen Victoria’s favourite residence and is now open to the public and well worth a visit, as are Carisbrook Castle, The Needles rock formations, Robin Hill park with acres of parkland, natural woodland, countryside gardens, adventures and special events, Ventnor Botanical Gardens and Shanklin Chine, a deep wooded gorge with streams and waterfalls.
The model village at Godshill is also not to be missed as this gives a good overview of the island and its attractions, all in miniature of course.
These properties can be booked together for larger groups.
