A door leads to the generous fitted kitchen with folding dining table and chairs for four. There is a separate utility room off the kitchen with a washer/dryer and large sink and large fridge/freezer. Off the utility room is a separate WC.
Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms. The one to the rear is a double bedroom with views over the garden and the front bedroom is a twin.

The house is less than 10 minutes from the sea front and 5 minutes from the bustling high street.
The Old Town is an eclectic mix of bric-a-brac shops, galleries, boutiques restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. If you are looking for evening entertainment, take in a film at the Electric Palace Cinema. Sign up for a Foyle’s War trail and visit all the locations used in the Old Town for the popular TV series. Explore the Country Park by taking the funicular up to the top or if feeling fit the many steps or footpaths close to the cottage.

Hastings Pier is located a pleasant walk along the seafront and throughout the year holds music events- please be aware tickets sell fast. The town is famous for the biggest beach-launched fishing fleet in Britain and much of the tradition has been kept. The net drying huts and fishing fleet can be found on the beach today along with many fresh fish stalls. The Jerwood Gallery is found close by and The Shipwreck and Coastal Heritage Museum is worth a visit. The historic towns of Rye and Battle are a short drive or train away, offering the chance to step back in time and explore the medieval past and walk in the steps of smugglers and conquers in times gone by.
