Hill Top Cottage is a newly converted barn set in stunning countryside; located in a quiet rural retreat, yet within a short distance to the centre of the island’s capital, Newport.
Internally, the property offers open plan living areas with modern furnishings. Externally, the enclosed garden is furnished with a table, chairs and a barbecue perfect for al fresco dining. Its hillside position gives excellent countryside views.
There is access to Newport and Arreton via bridle paths and the rest ofthe Isle of Wight should you wish to walk or cycle it, while buses into Newport and Ryde (the two main bus stations) are about 5 minutes away to take you anywhere you want to go on the Island.

Also within easy driving distance are Osborne House, Carisbrooke Castle, Ventnor Botanical Gardens, museums, vineyards and wildlife centres. Beach 7 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile. Centrally located on the Isle of Wight, FairIsle House is a great base to explore the famous Needles, Alum Bay and Black Gang Chine, which are all within a short drive away.
