The sauna is next to the barn and is shared with Little Foxmoor Barn, but each session is exclusive for your private use and freshly cleaned each time.
Laundry room: Washer/dryer (shared with Little Foxmoor Barn). A meandering drive through woodland leads you a secluded clearing in the glade, and Great Foxmoor Barn rises from the southern ridge of Leith Hill. With unique long range views overlooking Holmbury Hill, Pitch Hill, Ewhurst and beyond, the barn has been sympathetically rebuilt to embrace the architecture of the ancient oak frame.
Carefully coordinated colour themes intersperse the wood, white and stone finishes throughout, creating a sophisticated, muted tone to this luxury holiday cottage. Perfect for a low key celebration or an intimate gathering of family, friends or business colleagues, Great Foxmoor Barn is an exemplary example of a gentle, relaxing self-catering experience in the Surrey Hills.
The front entrance welcomes you into the large L-shaped open plan living area, with a double-height vaulted ceiling above the dining table looking up to the galleried landing upstairs, and a stunning light cluster cascading down from the beams. Behind the dining space lies the kitchen, generously equipped and including a gorgeous electric Rangemaster stove and breakfast bar.

To your right is a large sitting area, with plush sofas, armchairs and children’s stools breaking up the room to form a cosy space to relax and unwind. Leading off the left side of the dining area is an en-suite bedroom with king size bed, ideal for those with limited mobility wanting to avoid stairs.
Upstairs, there are three further deluxe bedrooms leading off the gallery. Along with an en-suite there is also a family bathroom with an ultra-cool teardrop bath - a room in which to soak away your stresses and indulge for a while. To continue the spa feeling, for a small fee there is a lovely scandi-style wood-framed sauna next door which can be booked on arrival. Outside, French doors lead from the sitting room onto a patio and lawn looking out over the woodland and immense views, what a spot to enjoy a cold, crisp glass of bubbles in the evening sun. From the door, footpaths and bridleways take you straight out into open fields, woodland and the beautiful countryside of Surrey.
Great Foxmoor Barn can also be booked alongside the adjacent Little Foxmoor Barn, accommodating up to 12 guests in total.
