Entering the property, you are welcomed in to bright and open living/dining room with large windows and patio doors overlooking the terrace.
The design of the property has been well thought out with two living rooms, one with a large Smart TV with comfy sofas and the other with a large L-shaped sofa and wood burner for those cold evenings. The dining room is well equipped with a large table and seating for ten guests. The kitchen is well equipped with range style gas oven and hob, two fridges, freezer, and dishwasher. Large patio doors lead you on terrace at the rear where you will find garden furniture and an outdoor dining area which is perfect to relax after a day exploring the island.

Also, a seperate disabled access toilet can be found on the ground floor. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two kingsize beds, one double and one set of bunk beds, the master is well equipped with dressing area and en-suite with shower over bath, his and hers basin and heated towel rail. The family shower room offers a double cubicle shower, toilet and basin.
Conveniently located just short drive away is the bustling historic town of Yarmouth with its tranquil fishing harbour, independent gift shops and highly acclaimed restaurants with freshly caught fish always on the menu!
