The Hayloft is the perfect choice for a coastal escape at any time of year. This delightful end-terraced property, refurbished in 2018, offers guests a luxurious retreat in the heart of the pretty, Cornish, fishing village of Boscastle.
Beautifully presented, this lovely holiday cottage has a spacious living room with wood burner, perfect to curl up beside on a chilly evening, and three sumptuous bedrooms in which to relax and unwind after all that sea air. There is something for everyone in this stunning location making The Hayloft the perfect choice.
It is just a short walk down the hill into the village which is steeped in history, with a picturesque harbour and a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Boscastle is ideally placed on the North Cornish coast with its breathtaking coastal path and many sandy beaches and hidden coves to explore. The surfing beach of Polzeath and the family beaches of Rock, Trebarwith Strand and Daymer Bay, on the Camel Estuary, are just a short drive away. Why not hire a bike and explore the nearby Camel Trail from Wadebridge? Down the coast is Port Isaac, where the TV series Doc Martin is filmed, and just a little further along is Padstow where you’ll find Rick Stein’s famous fish restaurants.
Nearby you will also find Tintagel, the mythical home of King Arthur. Golf, fishing and horse riding are all on offer close by, and further afield you can experience art and culture with the Minack Theatre, Tate Gallery or the famous Eden Project. Beach 2¼ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
Home comforts in a single storey or holiday by the sea? South West England is a great holiday destination. There are many dog friendly holidays in Tamar Valley, North Coast Cornwall or Bodmin Moor - some have private tennis courts.
