The welcoming hallway opens into a wonderfully light living room, where three sofas and armchairs offer plenty of space to relax. Light the wood burner on cooler evenings, settle down with a drink and enjoy a film on the large Smart TV. Across the hallway, the spacious ground-floor bedroom features an ornamental fireplace and a super-king zip-and-link bed, providing both flexibility and character.
At the heart of the house is the large kitchen and dining room, with its generous table ready for breakfasts, dinners and laughter late into the evening.

The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, air fryer and microwave. A separate utility room provides a washer/dryer, while the large ground-floor shower room has a spacious walk-in shower.
Upstairs, four bedrooms await. Each has a super-king zip-and-link bed and its own modern en-suite shower room, giving couples, friends and families the freedom to arrange the rooms to suit their stay while enjoying plenty of private space.
