This cosy, terraced cottage, ideal for a couple, lies just 1 minute’s walk from the bustling harbour of Brixham. With a modern interior, large L-shaped sofa and a cosy bedroom at the rear, it’s perfect for seaside holidays or romantic short breaks throughout the year. This old fishing store has been lovingly converted into a super little cottage. It was previously used as a store for the local fishermen working out of the harbour, and has probably seen an array of fishing characters come through the door in its long history.
The picturesque harbour town of Brixham lies in the heart of the English Riviera and boasts a thriving fishing industry which lends itself to the many seafood restaurants around the harbour. There are many smugglers stories abound and a full sized replica of Sir Francis Drake’s Golden Hind to explore, along with craft markets and lots of festivals. The award-winning sandy beaches of Paignton and the historical town of Dartmouth are 5½ miles. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
