Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, Freeview TV and en-suite with shower cubicle (no toilet).
Bedroom 2: With double bed and Freeview TV.
Bedroom 3: With bunk bed and Freeview TV.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Fuel for wood burner available locally. Small enclosed courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Car park 50 yards, permit for 1 car included. No smoking.

At Croyde and Woolacombe you will find some of the best and cleanest surf beaches in the country, as well as many smaller coves and bays. Exmoor is a short distance with walks for all abilities and on a clear day the views can be spectacular. There are National Trust properties at Arlington and Knightshayes and RHS gardens at Rosemoor.
