From the esplanade the front door leads into a kitchen/dining room with its feature glass mosaic panel and attractive hanging lamp. The private terrace accessed from the master bedroom has lovely river views. The first floor living room is bright and airy with patio doors opening onto the balcony, which extends along the front and one side of the property, with views across the water to Polruan, along the river and out to sea.
