Biomass central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and fast fibre Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included; remainder available locally. Private rear garden with sitting-out area and enclosed terrace. Grounds with firepit and sitting out area (shared with owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 5 steps in the garden and grounds.

On the first floor you’ll discover two bedrooms, the master bedroom features a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom, equipped with bunk beds for both adults and children, is ideal for accommodating families.

Your level of privacy is entirely at your discretion, with access to private terrace, a summer gazebo by the pond, an unheated natural swimming pool, an outdoor shower block, and a secluded 2-acre garden, all providing unparalleled views of the picturesque surroundings. Nature enthusiasts will be delighted by the abundance of local wildlife. From the comfort of your retreat, observe deer, badgers, foxes, squirrels, jackdaws, green woodpeckers, and buzzards. One small dog is welcome to join your stay, but only downstairs.
