Bullen’s Rock is a stylish, three bedroom, ground floor apartment with breathtaking sea views, situated in the heart of the popular seaside town of Ilfracombe, close to it’s pretty harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants, and four nearby beaches to choose from. An ideal base from which to explore the South West Coast Path, Exmoor National Park and the beaches of the North Devon coastline, such as Woolacombe and Saunton Sands. There are also plenty of sporting activities close by including the Tarka Trail, a choice of five local golf courses, as well as fishing, riding and walking. Here you are perfectly placed to explore the whole of Devon and also parts of Somerset too.
Upon entering the apartment, guests will instantly feel relaxed as they admire the panoramic sea views from the open-plan living space. With the French doors opening out onto a glass Juliet balcony, this the perfect place to admire the stunning vista of waves crashing onto the rocks below and boats passing by.
The sleek and stylish kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and is fully equipped. After a fun-filled day exploring, you can kick back on the plush sofas and relax in front of the 40" Smart TV. Guests will get a good night’s sleep in the beautifully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom has beautiful sea views with a seating area, a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room featuring a large walk-in shower and two wash basins.
Bullen’s Rock is a fantastic base for exploring all that North Devon has to offer. Just a short stroll from the apartment brings you to the bustling harbour area. Ilfracombe has plenty to offer holidaymakers, so much so that some may prefer to leave their car parked up and spend the days wandering the town’s streets, browsing the shops, sampling the local seafood, relaxing at the beach or paying a visit to the interesting aquarium.
Jump aboard one of the pleasure boat cruises that depart from the harbour and take in this beautiful coastline, or even take a day trip to the wildlife haven of Lundy Island.
For those who want to explore a bit further afield, the surrounding area is rich in attractions and places of interest, including Lynton and Lynmouth, Heddons Mouth, the picturesque coastal surfing village of Woolacombe, which boasts a 3-mile long, golden sandy beach and the spectacular beaches at Saunton Sands and Croyde. Also worth a visit are the National Trust’s Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle, Exmoor Zoo and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park.
