A feature corner window in the dining area provides a spectacular view of surrounding countryside, across river valleys, woodlands and fields. The large, spacious balcony and barbecue area is ideal for warm sunny days and evenings outside. In the living room, a cosy wood burner can be a welcome addition on a chilly evening or if the look of a warm fire just takes your fancy. The property is deceptively spacious, light, bright and airy with big French windows leading from the open plan living accommodation onto the decked balcony.
French windows also open out from the double bedroom, so that you can lay in bed and enjoy unspoilt views of the Inny and Tamar River Valleys, and the quietness of the countryside. The kitchen is modern with plenty of workspace, cupboards and a large range cooker. There are wooden and tiled floors throughout and carpet in the bedroom.
