A lovely hideaway for couples of all ages looking for a very rural, quiet location, tucked away in a peaceful spot, and away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A feature corner window in the dining area provides a spectacular view of surrounding countryside, across river valleys, woodlands and fields. The large, spacious balcony and barbecue area is ideal for warm sunny days and evenings outside. In the living room, a cosy wood burner can be a welcome addition on a chilly evening or if the look of a warm fire just takes your fancy. The property is deceptively spacious, light, bright and airy with big French windows leading from the open plan living accommodation onto the decked balcony.

French windows also open out from the double bedroom, so that you can lay in bed and enjoy unspoilt views of the Inny and Tamar River Valleys, and the quietness of the countryside. Set in the tiny hamlet of Rezare in the Tamar Valley, midway between Launceston and Callington. Bodmin Moor is within 5 miles, and Dartmoor is 12 miles away. Both places are wonderful for walking, with amazing views, and full of history. The area is ideal for walking, fishing and other countryside activities.

Within walking distance is a local pub, and just 3 miles along the main road towards Launceston is a large purpose built farm shop, café and restaurant with plenty of parking. Locally sourced produce, meats and groceries are on sale, good coffee and a varied menu is on offer. There is a well stocked village shop and post office within 1 mile at Stoke Climsland and other pubs and restaurants in the local area.
