A dog-friendly Looe base for families, with river views, a rear garden, driveway parking and beaches, harbour walks and Polperro nearby.

No smoking. Please note: This property has a £150 Security Deposit.

In the seaside town of Looe, this welcoming home offers a comfortable base for families, couples or friends exploring the south coast of Cornwall. Its elevated position gives views over rooftops towards the river, while the beach, harbour, shops and coastal paths are all part of the town’s easy charm. It is a relaxed choice for guests wanting classic Cornish days out without losing the convenience of a homely place to return to. It is practical, friendly and well positioned.
The sitting room is a pleasant spot to unwind after time on the sand or a walk along the South West Coast Path, with a Smart TV for quiet evenings in.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, with everyday appliances and a coffee machine for an easy start to the morning. The home sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms: a double room and a children’s room with two bunk beds. A toy box helps keep younger guests entertained, and the contemporary bathroom has a shower, wash basin and WC. Please note there is no bath.

Outside, the generous rear garden offers space to enjoy the Cornish air, and private driveway parking adds welcome ease in this busy harbour town. Dogs are welcome, making nearby walks and beach days even more enjoyable. Spend time crabbing on the quay, taking a boat trip, relaxing on East Looe Beach or visiting the fishing village of Polperro. Further afield, the Eden Project and Falmouth offer varied days out before returning to this friendly coastal base.
