Its elevated position gives views over rooftops towards the river, while the beach, harbour, shops and coastal paths are all part of the town’s easy charm. It is a relaxed choice for guests wanting classic Cornish days out without losing the convenience of a homely place to return to. It is practical, friendly and well positioned.
The sitting room is a pleasant spot to unwind after time on the sand or a walk along the South West Coast Path, with a Smart TV for quiet evenings in.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, with everyday appliances and a coffee machine for an easy start to the morning. The home sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms: a double room and a children’s room with two bunk beds. A toy box helps keep younger guests entertained, and the contemporary bathroom has a shower, wash basin and WC. Please note there is no bath.
