Uninterrupted 180° sea views from Looe island to Rame Head, a south facing garden that is a sun trap and has plenty of secluded little areas for protection from the wind. The house is bright and airy with large windows and lengthy balconies and is totally private but your lasting memory from this property will be gazing out to sea and watching the ever changing sea in its different guises during the week as whatever the Cornish weather throws at you rolls by. If you fancy a change from city living, then this is it.
Seaton is a little resort village nestled between Looe and Plymouth, this stretch of coastline is stunning, has surprisingly good surf, and is often not as busy as other parts of Cornwall. Explore the bustling fishing port of Looe or a day trip to Looe Island. Looe is a very popular fishing village in South East Cornwall, split by the River Looe into East & West Looe. From Hannafore Beach in West Looe you can view the banjo pier as well as Looe Island, which is open to day visitors during the summer.
The railway line servicing the fish quays still runs and is a great way to enter the village from Liskeard.
There is plenty to do, the quaint pedestrian village of Polperro with its smuggling museum, a visit to Plymouth to tour the National Marine Aquarium, stroll the Barbican or Hoe or to discover the Naval history of one of the UK’s largest maritime ports. Alternatively a trip to Golitha falls on Bodmin moor, the Eden Project or a variety of fine National Trust properties. Beach 530 yards.
