Inside, the kitchen and dining area is finished to a high standard with chic cabinetry and integrated appliances, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. All utensils and kitchenware are provided, and a highchair is available if needed.
The first-floor living room offers elevated views over the streets below and features a generous corner sofa, Smart TV, and an electric feature fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day of sea air and adventures. A fully tiled luxury shower room on this floor includes a double walk-in shower, basin, and WC.
On the second floor, both bedrooms continue the high-end finish with stylish décor and furniture. The front bedroom has a king-size bed, ample storage, and views over the town, while the second bedroom contains two singles and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.
Mevagissey is one of Cornwall’s most desirable coastal towns, with its charming harbourfront, stunning views across St Austell Bay, and a wide selection of pubs, restaurants, cafés, and independent shops selling homewares, art, clothing, and gifts. Some of the south coast’s most beautiful beaches are within easy reach, including Pentewan Sands, Vault Beach at Gorran Haven, and Porthpean. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a 15-minute drive away, andthe world-famous Eden Project is roughly 20 minutes from the property.
Parking is not allocated, but a pay-and-display car park is conveniently located across the street, and there is space outside the front door for loading and unloading.
