Living/dining room: With Freeview TV, DVD player and beams.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, combi microwave/oven/grill, fridge, dishwasher, beams and tiled floor.
Utility room: With washing machine.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and single bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements).
Bedroom 2: With double bed.

Oil central heating (£20 per week November-March), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed lawned garden with courtyard and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. Welcome pack. No smoking.
