These properties are are situated in 10½ acres of unspoilt natural grounds on the edge of Dartmoor. All three barn conversions are set in a row in a courtyard setting, close to the owner’s home, smallholding and 5-pitch certified caravan site. Walkers can explore Dartmoor, spot wild ponies, cross ancient stone bridges spanning the River Dart, and admire the Tors. Visit Castle Drogo, Lydford Gorge, Buckfast Abbey, Torbay, Kingswear and Dartmouth Castles. Exeter, with its stunning cathedral, is a short drive. A nature trail and cycle route can be found on the Forestry Commission land, 7 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
