Sitting in a quiet residential area, next to the owners home, and boasting an enclosed lawned garden, this single-storey, ground floor apartment is just a 10-minute walk away from the pretty working harbour town of Padstow. With an array of beautiful beaches, a working harbour, tidal estuary, a plethora of footpaths, pubs, shops and cafés, Padstow makes an ideal base for a romantic getaway. The Camel Trail is an off-road, multi-use trail that hugs the banks of the River Camel which flows inland through the market town of Wadebridge.

The historic town of Bodmin, just 6 miles away, is a great day out and offers bike hire so you can cycle around the town.
This dramatic part of the Cornish coastline offers an array of walking opportunities for you to enjoy. Take a ferry across to Rock and a walk to Polzeath with a multitude of restaurants, you will be stuck for choice. Little Tamarisk is within easy driving distance of all the amenties the south coast has to offer, including the Eden Project, Bodmin Moor and many beautiful National Trust houses and gardens.

The surrounding countryside is also home to some of the county’s best golf courses from Trevose, The Point at Polzeath and St Enodoc. Horse riding, surfing and cycling are all available nearby. Beach ½ mile. Shop 200 yards, pub ¼ mile, restaurant 800 yards.
