Bedroom 1: With double bed, 2ft 6in Z-bed (for child) and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair. Garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

Quiet location. This semi-detached bungalow is on a quiet farm and is surrounded by countryside just a few miles from the beautiful north coast of Cornwall where you can find many coastal walks. The holiday property has a well-equipped kitchen and a small sitting-out area at the front. The village of St Merryn is just under 1 mile with its array of shops, restaurants and pubs including Rick Stein’s Cornish Arms. You are close to the ‘seven sandy beaches’, 3 miles. The picturesque fishing port of Padstow and the Camel Trail are within easy reach and close by you will find riding stables, the Trevose Golf Club and Rock with its variety of watersports. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
