Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and wash basin.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair by request. Enclosed rear garden and patio with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 medium size cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 6 steps to the patio, and a steep driveway.

Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished and designed to create a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom offers the convenience of a bath with over shower, allowing you to unwind with a leisurely soak or freshen up with an invigorating shower.
Step outside to your private terrace, adorned with a glass balustrade, offering panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty including Roscarrock Hill and views to Doc Martin’s cottage.
