Tramways is a truly unique, detached modern cottage situated in the grounds of the owners’ home. Guests will enter the accommodation through glazed double doors which open into the living area, which in turn leads to the modern, well-equipped kitchen. The living area has comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV together with an electric fire place, whilst the kitchen has all the modern appliances guests will need. Approached via a spiral staircase, is the galleried sleeping area which has a kingsize bed, TV and storage.

To the outside of Tramways there is plenty of parking and the most charming summer house for guests to enjoy. To the side there is an enclosed private courtyard garden with a seating area and barbecue.
The village of Lanner is only a short distance from the property and offers great facilities, including pubs, restaurants, a petrol station, post office and more.The market town of Redruth is within 2 miles of Lanner and offers a wider range of amenities including supermarkets and high street shops.

Tramways is situated within one of Cornwall’s mining heritage sites with roots back to the bustling days of the county’s mining industry. The main A30 is easily accessed from the village and gives great access to rest of Cornwall for those wishing to explore more of what this famous county has to offer
