Clipper View has been lovingly redecorated by the owners and is an immaculate family home with incredible, unspoilt, views across Gerrans Bay. The accommodation is beautiful with a stunning kitchen diner and separate lounge, both with wood burning stoves, the bay window in the lounge makes the most out of the vista. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with sea views and a rear aspect twin bedroom all beautifully furnished. To the front of the property is a mature garden and patio which remains in the sun for most of the day and is a perfect spot for a cold glass, a good book and gazing out on the glittering sea.

It is only a short, five minute walk, along the path at the bottom of the garden to the pretty little harbour where many artists have taken inspiration due to the superb light and there are a number of delightful galleries. Rosevine beach, which is dog friendly all year is just to the east of the village it has beautiful golden sands (at low tide).
