Puffin is a super little beachside apartment situated in the middle of Portscatho with wonderful sea views that take in the harbour, Gerrans Bay, Gull Rock and as far as Rame Head. Portscatho is a traditional Cornish fishing village that has a good range of facilities including a post office, shop, butchers, bakery, art galleries and a very popular pub. The small entrance hall leads to the living/dining room with fantastic beach and sea views with wood laminate flooring, comfortable easy chairs and a dining table to seat four persons. Patio doors to the balcony enable full use to be made of the lovely water views. The kitchen leads off the dining area and has an electric oven with ceramic hob and a washing machine. There is a family shower room with toilet and under floor heating, the main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds.
Puffin is an ideal base for a beach style holiday with Tatums Beach just a few yards away and the larger Porthcurnick Beach about 10 minutes walk away. For those who enjoy walking the South West Coast Path passes about 20 yards away.
