Harbour Court is located a few yards from the water’s edge in the popular fishing village of Portscatho. Access is via steps which lead up to the gated courtyard and shared terrace with an outside table and chairs. One of a group of eight apartments which enjoy a beach side location and situated just off the village square with the village shops, pub, post office and other local amenities all within 100 yards. The property is ideal for parties of up to two adults and two children and has the benefit of not having any accommodation above.

The front door leads into the well-equipped kitchen with freestanding cooker, the living/dining room covers the full width of the apartment. The living area is comfortably furnished and has views of the beach and bay and is equipped with TV and some books and games, while the dining area faces the courtyard. There are two bedrooms, onedouble room with partial sea view and the other has bunk bed.

The bathroom has electric shower unit over the bath. Outside the central courtyard gives you access to the steps that lead almost directly on to the foreshore. Guests can join the adjacent Harbour Club (for a nominal fee) to use the bar, gym and snooker table and attend family cinema nights, live band sessions and discos held during the summer bank holidays and other occasional weekend
