This former coastguard cottage has glorious views over Gerrans Bay to Nare Head, Gull Rock and the village of Portscatho with its small harbour, shops, art gallery and well known pub is some 400 yards away. The South West Coast Path runs past the property and there are two sandy beaches within 10 minutes walk.
Trevellas which has been nicely renovated is approached from its parking space on the landward side via a lawned garden area and steps leading down to the small back yard, to the right is a boiler room containing toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer and space to dry your washing.
