Accommodation details

Steps from the parking area (with handrail) to entrance, leading to a hallway. Sitting room: Cosy room with open fire (not in use) and window seating, TV/DVD. Open plan kitchen and dining area with dining furniture. Kitchen is bright, with skylight, new units and well equipped with electric hob, double oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Small alcove for storage which contains second fridge, double doors lead to patio.

Utility area (between kitchen and downstairs cloakroom) has separate washing machine and tumble dryer. Cloakroom has WC and basin, and rack for drying.
Stairs to first floor: Bedroom 1: kingsize bed with generous storage areas and TV. Bedroom 2: two single beds and storage.

Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, WC and bidet.
