A fabulous one bedroom contemporary detached barn conversion located on the outskirts of the little town of South Brent on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. The owner’s land offers direct access onto open moorland and is a favourite spot for keen walkers as there are many circular routes around the village onto Dartmoor and up to the Avon Dam. Stabling, grazing and kennels are available (by prior arrangement). There are several pubs, coffee shops and restaurants in South Brent, as well as a small supermarket and post office. Access onto the A38 is only 5 minutes in the car making this a great location for exploring. Shops and restaurant 2 miles, pub 1 mile.
