Renovated in 2019, this barn conversion lies in beautiful, rural surroundings within Harbourneford. The property is situated within the grounds of the main house and picturesque gardens. It would make a perfect base for couples and has plenty of walks nearby. Although feeling like a haven away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the nearest town of South Brent is 2¼ miles away, where you can get all of your amenities, and three fantastic restaurants are less than a 10-minute drive away. The town of Buckfastleigh is just 3 miles away and the neighbouring town of Ivybridge is just 8 miles away.

Harbourneford is situated in the Dartmoor National Park, with many attractions including National Trust properties of Castle Drogo and the medieval house of Cotehele. There are also mysterious stone circles, rocky tors and the famous Dartmoor ponies roaming free. Dartmouth is also worth a visit with Dartmouth Castle, museums, historic houses and gardens, and the stunning Blackpool Sands beach. Beach 14¾ miles.
