South Cottage is a delightful genuine Cornish cottage on Marine Parade with panoramic harbour and bay views. Well-presented it offers a good standard of accommodation in a sought after location in St Mawes opposite the steps down to the foreshore and conveniently situated for all local amenities. The delightful Tavern and Summers beaches are only a short stroll away.
Downstairs there is a living room with two seater settee, matching armchair and foot stool, Freeview TV and a DVD player, coal-effect electric fire and a wonderful sea view. There is a well-equipped kitchen/dining room including a washing machine/tumble dryer and a dining table with four chairs. You’ll also find a small cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms one with a kingsize bed, Freeview TV and excellent sea view, the other small bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed, suitable for one child under the age of 12 years. There is also a family bathroom with toilet.
