Step into Orestone View and you’ll find yourself in a spacious home from home with a contemporary design throughout. The open plan living, kitchen and dining space on the ground floor offers access out onto the private balcony, and what a spot to while away sunny afternoons and enjoy the views out to sea.
When you step back inside after a lazy hour or two sipping a drink on the balcony, you’ll be able to unwind on the leather sofas and enjoy the flatscreen TV with the rest of your group. The shared lawned garden outside means there’s plenty of opportunity for the kids to let off steam during a family break, and if you bring your dog along they’ll be able to stretch their legs outside in between those days out as a family.
When it’s time for bed, the master bedroom’s home to a kingsize bed, and the views out to sea mean you’ll be able to wake up to the sight of the waves dancing in the distance. There’s an en-suite shower room too, so you won’t have to worry about queuing when you’re getting ready for those days on the beach.
Perched on the River Teign, Teignmouth’s a laidback town where life centres around the seafront. If you’re a walker, you’ll find the South West Coastal Path nearby, and the town’s seafront back onto one of the UK’s most picturesque railway routes – the Riviera Line. You’ll find a collection of beachside restaurants keen to showcase the catch of the day, as well as a long sandy beach that’s perfect for those sunny day
Spoilt for choice - gate lodge or seaside holiday cottage? South West England promises an adventure. There are many pet friendly cottages in Tamar Valley, Bodmin Moor or Exeter - some have off road parking.
