The River Dart is South Devon’s area of outstanding Natural Beauty. You will find the local pub just a 20-minute walk away. Many a places to visit within a short drive including the 14th Century Dartington Hall, the town of Totnes with its weekly market, health & leisure activities, bars, pubs and restaurants within a mile from the property.
