Holly cottage offers open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all that you need to cook up a storm on your self catering holiday. Upstairs, are two bedrooms in the main house which both have zip and link beds that can be either single or double. An extension has been built to the side of the property with a ground floor wet room and climbing steep narrow stairs you will find a twin bedroom on the first floor. Being so close to the estuary, you can watch the wildlife on the incoming tide from your bedroom window, or wander along the path through unique plum orchards, or in the winter relax beside a cosy wood burner.

The city of Truro is only about a 10-minute drive away and has a wide selection of good shops and many other high street outlets. There is also a cinema and a great selection of restaurants, pubs and cafés. The resort of Newquay is about 16 miles to the north with its spectacular surf beaches at Fistral and Watergate Bay.

Padstow, with its fine selection of restaurants influenced by Rick Stein is just over 20 miles. The yachting centres of Mylor, Falmouth and St Mawes are all within easy reach of the hut. There is a watersports centre at nearby Loe Beach where you can learn to sail or windsurf.
