First Floor:
Sloping ceilings throughout.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and higchair. Doggy extras. Enclosed lawned garden with decked area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 4 steps down to the lawn area.

This detached holiday cottage, next to the owner’s home, is accessed via an unmade lane and is a short walk from Wimborne with its pubs, restaurants and shops. Visit National Trust Kingston Lacy, Poole and its natural harbour and quay, Brownsea Island or sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Bournemouth and Studland. To the west is the Purbecks, with Saxon Wareham, Corfe Castle (National Trust) and the seaside at Swanage, with its steam train and promenade. The New Forest National Park is a 20-minute drive. Shop and pub serving food ¼ mile, restaurant 1 mile.
