Situated on the edge of Wigbeth, this smartly converted former barn forms part of an exclusive courtyard setting with just four similar properties. Blending modern interiors with a tranquil rural backdrop, it offers a comfortable and convenient base for discovering the surrounding countryside and local attractions.
Entry is via a shared courtyard garden, leading to a private front door and into a light and airy single-level living space. The open-plan layout incorporates a lounge, dining area and kitchen beneath a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, while a central island creates a natural focal point for socialising and mealtimes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, catering well for self-catering breaks.

Across the room, the lounge provides relaxed seating and an internet-enabled TV for unwinding at the end of the day.
There are two thoughtfully presented bedrooms: a king-size zip-and-link room, which can be arranged as twins on request, featuring an en-suite shower area open to the bedroom and a separate WC; and a spacious super-king-size bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and WC.
