Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and Smart TV.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link 2ft 6in twin beds (can be kingsize on request), Smart TV and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Oil central heating (underfloor in living room), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Intial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request.

Enclosed rear garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a natural water supply from borehole. 2 small dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country).

High West End Farm House is in the northern area of the Yorkshire Dales National Park surrounded by farm land and local fells. Fully renovated in 2021 to a high standard and comfort, you may even struggle to leave the farmhouse to explore the exceptional local area.
Located in Lunds with equal driving distance to local hotspots of Kirkby Stephen, Sedbergh and Hawes where you will find the famous Wensleydale Creamery and all with local pubs, restaurants and shops. This is an ideal location for guests looking to explore local attractions and areas, ride on the Wensleydale railway, enjoy the tranquil waters of Semerwater or visit Castle Bolton, Constable Burton Hall and Gardens, or beautiful Aysgarth Falls. Alternatively, towards the Lake District National Park to enjoy the many lakes and walks.
